A single-storey playhouse (1.5 x 1.5 x.1.6m) with a 300mm verandah. The Birchchcroft has a part glazed door hung on a "piano" style continuous hinge with a magnetic catch. All glazing is Perspex. Manufactured from 12mm tongue and grooved shiplap on 34 x 34 mm planed and rounded framework. Internal eaves height is 1.2m. The window can be fitted on either side. The verandah is included in the overall size.
