The Beechcroft has a part glazed door hung on a "piano" style continuous hinge with a magnetic catch, and four fixed windows all glazed with Perspex. Manufactured from 12mm tongue and grooved shiplap on 34 x 34 mm planed and rounded framework. Internal eaves height is 1.3m. The verandah is included in the overall size.
