A two storey playhouse (2.4 x 1.8 x.2.3m). The Ashcroft comes as standard with an upstairs platform complete with ladder and safety rail, three Perspex glazed fixed windows with decorative shutters and a 300mm roof canopy complete with decorative fascia boards. The door is hung on a "piano" style continuous hinge with a magnetic catch. Manufactured from 12mm tongue and grooved shiplap on 34 x 34 mm planed and rounded framework. Internal eaves height is 1.68m to the lower side and 1.8m to the higher side. A 600mm veranda can be also added at an additional price.
